Float, Press Up, Get Upside Down!

Learn the tricks of the trade to create or strengthen your inversion practice. We'll cover:
  • full body activation
  • alignment
  • core work
  • confidence

In this workshop you will learn the basics of balancing on your hands, starting by cultivating the strength and awareness necessary to fly. We'll cover postures such as Crow, Headstand, and even Handstand, using techniques designed to help you kick up to the wall, balance in the middle of the room, and move past the fear of falling. This workshop is designed for anybody with a desire to learn or refine their practice. All Levels Welcome!
